I’ll make your next meeting or collaborative event a success

Facilitation

A successful meeting occurs when participants are engaged in the activities and conversation, there is psychological safety to support honest and open dialogue, and everyone leaves with agreement on the next steps.

Whether it’s a one-time meeting or a series of events, I will:

  • Define the purpose and goals with you

  • Design an agenda built for engagement, not endurance

  • Select tools and protocols that work for your group whether it’s in person or virtual

  • Facilitate the meeting or event so you can fully participate

  • Produce minutes, summaries, and collateral documents that keep the work moving

Facilitation in Action:

Recent facilitation work includes monthly advisory councils for the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, annual staff retreats for the Colorado Children's Campaign and University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Pre-Collegiate Program, community engagement sessions guiding the use of opioid settlement funds in Prowers County, and a statewide convening of 40+ stakeholders — half of them parents and caregivers — for the National Center for Families Learning.
