We all want to collaborate and partner, but a bad meeting, event, program, project, or product makes everyone shut down. From community-input sessions and strategic work groups, to project management, product management, and co-designing strategy and implementation, I love helping people meaningfully collaborate to create value-driven change.

I bring over 15 years experience leading groups, teams and individuals.

I bring a toolkit of facilitation protocols and methods, but ultimately I bring curiosity, vulnerability, honesty, and kindness to bring out the best in everyone.
